Once the door is stripped of the original vertically tracked gear
it can be re-installed on new Arcadian horizontally tracked support gear | New Arcadian top rollers & weather-strips are fitted

New bottom corner bracing plates are fitted for strength
(not required on Henderson double Merlin doors or the
version of the Westland Garador PN59 door with twin
vertical bracing struts shown below)

| New corner plates with rollers, horizontal tracks, side weather strips,
pivot arms & side mounted counterbalance springs are fitted | 
A completed conversion with
a Seip electric operator fitted | 
New Arcadian support arms can be attached to a Westland Garador PN59 door with twin vertical bracing struts using the original steel top corner plates salvaged from the old door gear |

| Please Note: After conversion to horizontally tracked operation the door will extend back into the garage approximately 40cm to 60cm more than it did with the original vertically tracked canopy mechanism so please check your garage for obstructions such as an RSJ or gas meter etc. before undertaking this conversion. |
